c. With Fundraising Teams
If you place an order through a team member's store, we may share your name, order details, and optional message with that team for acknowledgment.

e. In a Business Transfer
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Our DPA outlines:
- The subject matter and duration of the processing
- The nature and purpose of processing
- The types of personal data processed
- The obligations and rights of both parties
